The Waves Socks | PDF Knitting Pattern Cable Socktober Toe-up
THE WAVES SOCKS
The Waves Socks feature a lovely little cable and are knitted from the toe up. If you’ve never done this: don’t despair! It’s not as hard as it may look - actually, I find it way easier to knit this way. You can easily adapt the length to your needs (whilst knowing you still have enough yarn left to do so wink). I’ve always struggled with the fit of top-down socks, but since I switched to toe-up, my socks fit like a glove! This was one of the most heard feedbacks of my big group of test knitters.
The Waves Socks use my own developed modular system. There are five foot circumference sizes, to fit feet with a circumference 17,5-27,5 cm / 6 7/8-10 7/8”. This ensures a perfect fit.
Each of these sizes is compatible with the following shoe sizes: EU 32-47 UK 1-12 US 2-13
This system makes for socks that fits perfectly throughout all different kinds of feet and sizes!
You will first pick the correct circumference size, and the pattern describes clearly what to do next to reach your correct shoe size.
